Safe mold remediation

This house had three types of black mold. After the inspection, we examined sites of potential mold development and looked for sources of moisture. Also, we examine indoor air quality for the presence of mold spores, checked for areas of growth within interior walls, floors, ceilings and other areas where mold growth is common.

SERVPRO of Martin County uses antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold colonies, removing and disposing of mold-infested porous materials, like drywall and carpeting, may be necessary to remediate heavy mold growth.

The after photo was taken three days later. Restoration involved replacing drywall, painting, and installing new carpets. The results were excellent.
