Cleaning up house after a flood

We received a call from Mr. Norman, his house was devastated by floods coming after the storm. First of all, we took some photos for the insurance claim. There was still standing water and mud all around the house and the appliances.

For that reason, we inspected inside the home, floors, walls, windows, and roof. We inspected the carpet and determine they should be removed to protect the subfloor.

We did use our water removal equipment, moisture detectors, hygrometers, and other meters to measure the extent of moisture saturation and infrared cameras to find “hidden” water behind walls and ceilings.

After that, we cleaned and sanitized the floors, walls, furniture, upholstery, clothing, and other restorable belongings damaged by the water. Everything was "Like it never even happened".

Mr. Norman was very happy and thankful.
